Why 3 independent lines?
Each machine has its own weigher and operates independently. A film change, adjustment, or maintenance on one unit doesn't stop the other two — maximizing uptime and giving you the flexibility to run different products simultaneously.
How it works:
Product is lifted into the multihead weigher
The weigher combines buckets to reach the exact target weight
The weighed product drops into the VFFS forming tube
Film is formed into a bag, vertically sealed, then filled
The bag is cross-sealed and discharged onto the output conveyor
