Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine

Applications:

It's suitable for packaging bulk products, including food or non-food, such as: puffy food, crispy snacks, jelly candy, pistachio, nuts, apple slices, dumpling, chocolate, pet food, small hardwares. Medicine, etc.

How this System Works:

1. Conveying and feeding: The bulk products will be elevated onto the weighing machine through a Z-shape or S-shape elevator.

2. Weighing: The multihead weigher accurately weighs the products using multiple weigh buckets. Its computer calculates the perfect combination to achieve a target weight with high speed and precision.

3. Forming: The VFFS machine pulls a flat roll of packaging film and forms it into a vertical tube.

4. Filling: The precise portion from the weigher is discharged directly into the film tube.

5. Sealing: The machine makes the vertical back seal and then the horizontal top and bottom seals, creating a finished pouch.

6. It is optional to add metal detector or check weigher to inspect into the pouches.

7. Finished pouches can be conveyed to the case filling and palletizing system.
