Applications:

Features:

1. Machine use 3 sets of Panasonic servo-motor to control the motions. Adjustment on the bag length can respond fast, no need to produce empty bags after change bag length. Hence to save film and higher the packaging efficiency.

2. with the function "Stop automatically when lack of products": the film-feeding, sealing and cutting will stop when there is no products, and then re-start automatically when there is products.  Hence avoid empty bags.

3. Trouble-shooting function, display the trouble clearly.

4. High sensitivity photoelectric color code tracing, sealing and cutting position can be set digitally and precisely.

5. PID control temperature independently with high precision, suitable for many different type of packaging materials.

6. Reciprocating type of sealing and cutting to ensure better sealing, and better protect the cutter.

7. With gusset device as option to make higher standard bag-shape.

8. Self-adjust products-distance, to avoid wasting film and stickiness to the cutter.

9. Machine motion design is simple and reliable, easy for maintenance.

10. All the control are done by software, easy for adjustment and technology-upgrading.
