1. Machine use 3 sets of servo-motor to control. Adjustment on the bag length can respond fast, no need to produce empty bags after change bag length. Hence to save film and higher the packaging efficiency.
2. with the function "Stop automatically when lack of products": the film-feeding, sealing and cutting will stop when there is no products, and then re-start automatically when there is products. Hence avoid empty bags.
3. Trouble-shooting function, display the trouble clearly.
4. High sensitivity photoelectric color code tracing, sealing and cutting position can be set digitally and precisely.
5. PID control temperature independently with high precision, suitable for many different type of packaging materials.
6. Down film design, with gusset device to make higher standard bag-shape.
7. Self-adjust products-distance, to avoid wasting film and stickness to the cutter.
8. Machine motion design is simple and reliable, easy for maintainence.
9. All the control are done by software, easy for adjustment and technology-upgrading.
