This case showcases a complete, end-of-line automation solution by Autron Tech for a large-scale food producer. The system seamlessly integrates boxing, sealing, and palletizing, operating within a secure enclosure to maximize safety and hygiene while achieving remarkable efficiency.

System Workflow:

1. Automatic Case Erection: An automatic case erector picks up flat corrugated boxes, forms them, and securely seals the bottom with tape.

2. Case Conveyance: The erected empty boxes are conveyed to the automated loading station.

3. Product Infeed: Packaged steamed buns are transported via a separate conveyor line to the same loading station.

4. Robotic Precision Loading: An industrial delta robot (spider hand) gently picks up the buns and places them into the waiting boxes according to a pre-set, optimal pattern.

5. Automatic Sealing & Transfer: The filled boxes are then conveyed through an automatic taper, which seals the top flaps shut. The sealed boxes are then routed to the palletizing cell.

6. Automatic Pallet Handling: The system features an integrated pallet storage magazine, holding a reserve of 10 pallets. It automatically dispenses an empty pallet to the palletizing station as needed.

7. High-Speed Robotic Palletizing & Discharge: An ESTUN robotic palletizer—a leading Chinese robotics brand—stacks the sealed boxes onto the pallet in a stable, pre-programmed pattern. Once a pallet load is complete, it is automatically conveyed out of the secure safety enclosure, ready for forklift pickup.
