The X8000 series is an 8-station rotary automatic pre-made pouch packaging machine, designed for high-efficiency, fully automated packaging of granular products such as pet food, snacks, and small hardware. It seamlessly integrates bag feeding, opening, filling, sealing, and discharging in one continuous workflow, delivering stable, high-speed performance with outstanding versatility. The continuous 8-station workflow (bag feeding → opening → filling → sealing → discharge) eliminates downtime and boosts your line’s throughput, ideal for high-volume production runs.
Supports all common pre-made pouch formats: stand-up bags, zipper pouches, 3-side/4-side sealed bags, and special-shaped bags, with adjustable sizes to fit your product perfectly.
Achieves consistent accuracy of ≤ ±0.5~1.0% (paired with multihead weighers), while airtight, flat seals lock in freshness, prevent leaks, and deliver a premium shelf-ready look.
From small-batch 1kg packaging to large 3kg formats, there’s a X8000 model to match your needs, with simple changeovers between bag sizes.
