A Flow Packaging Machine, commonly called a Flow Wrapper, is a continuous-motion system that creates sealed "pillow packs." It forms a tube of packaging film around a product as it moves horizontally on a conveyor. The machine then makes a longitudinal seal underneath and crimp seals at both ends, producing neat, secure packages at very high speeds. This efficient process is ideal for wrapping individual items like candy bars, baked goods, and hardware.
Applications:
Suitable for high-speed packaging of various regular objects such as biscuits, snacks, cakes, bread, muffins, pies, chocolate bars, instant noodles, vegetables, medicines, daily necessities, industrial parts, paper boxes, trays and so on.

1. Machine use 3 sets of servo-motor to control. Adjustment on the bag length can respond fast, no need to produce empty bags after change bag length. Hence to save film and higher the packaging efficiency.
2. with the function "Stop automatically when lack of products": the film-feeding, sealing and cutting will stop when there is no products, and then re-start automatically when there is products. Hence avoid empty bags.
3. Trouble-shooting function, display the trouble clearly.
4. High sensitivity photoelectric color code tracing, sealing and cutting position can be set digitally and precisely.
5. PID control temperature independently with high precision, suitable for many different type of packaging materials.
6. With gusset device as option to make higher standard bag-shape.
7. Self-adjust products-distance, to avoid wasting film and stickiness to the cutter.
