A down-film flow wrapper is a horizontal packaging machine where the film is draped downward over the product. This design is ideal for fragile or unstable items, as it gently wraps them without the need for lifting, ensuring excellent product protection and presentation.
Applications:
Suitable for packaging soft, strip and unorganized objects like towels, tissues, soft noodles, crispy sticks, egg rolls, sausages, fish, ice-lollies, soft candies. fresh fruits and so on.
Features:
1. Machine use 3 sets of servo-motor to control the motions. Adjustment on the bag length can respond fast, no need to produce empty bags after change bag length. Hence save film and higher the packaging efficiency.
2. with the function "Stop automatically when lack of products": the film-feeding, sealing and cutting will stop when there is no products, and then re-start automatically when there is products. Hence avoid empty bags.
3. Trouble-shooting function, display the trouble clearly.
4. PID control temperature independently with high precision, suitable for many different type of packaging materials.
5. Down film design, suitable for soft, unorganized products.
6. Self-adjust products-distance, to avoid wasting film and stickness to the cutter.
