Workflow:
Fully automated process ensures consistently high-quality products:
1. Bulk product feeding: Products are lifted by a Z-type elevator onto a combined weigher.
2. High-speed precision weighing: Multi-head weighers continuously weigh products, calculating the target weight using a combination method to minimize errors.
3. Clean and efficient filling: Weighed products are sent to a rotary filling machine. Containers rotate on a turntable below, and the product is filled cleanly and quickly.
4. Safe sealing/capping: Filled containers enter a fully automatic intelligent can sealer, which first seals the container opening with a film and then caps it with constant torque or pressure.
5. Automatic labeling: Finally, the containers pass through a round bottle labeler, where product labels are accurately affixed to ensure the product appearance meets retail standards.
