System Workflow:

1. Cans Preparation & Sterilization (Optional): 

Empty tinplate cans are neatly aligned and singulated on a rotary can arranging table. A sterilization module can be seamlessly integrated here upon request to ensure can cleanliness and meet stringent food safety protocols.

2. High-Precision, Anti-Stick Weighing: 

At its core, a 14-head multi-head weigher with anti-stick design is employed. Its specially designed hoppers and vibration system prevent product clumping, enabling fast, accurate weight combinations multiple times per second. This guarantees each can meets the exact target weight, drastically reducing product giveaway.

3. Rotary Precision Filling: 

A conveyor transports empty cans precisely beneath the weigher. A rotary filling machine intelligently synchronizes with the weigher, delivering the weighed meat dices into the cans smoothly and without spillage, keeping pace with continuous high-speed production.

4. Seaming & Sealing (Optional Vacuum): 

Filled cans are conveyed to an automatic seaming machine for a hermetic seal. This station can be equipped with an optional vacuum system to remove air from the can before seaming, significantly extending product shelf life and preserving quality.

5. Automatic Labeling & Coding: 

Seamed cans proceed to an automatic labeler for accurate product labeling. Subsequently, a high-resolution inkjet printer clearly marks production dates, batch numbers, or other vital information directly onto the can or label, ensuring full traceability.

6. Finished Product Collection: 

Finally, all finished cans are gently gathered and consolidated by a rotary collection table, ready for efficient case packing or transfer to the next packaging stage, completing the cycle.
