This case outlines a compact and efficient dual-stage packaging line supplied by Autron Tech. The system is designed to handle bulk soup cubes, transforming them into individually wrapped products and then grouping them into ready-for-retail multipacks with complete traceability.

System Workflow:

1. Product Collating & Alignment: Loose soup cubes are automatically aligned and arranged into an orderly single file, ensuring a consistent and reliable flow into the packaging machinery.

2. Individual Pillow Packaging: The aligned cubes are fed one by one into the infeed chain of a horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS / pillow packaging) machine. Each cube is wrapped in a protective film pouch, which is then sealed and cut to create a sealed, individual package.

3. Precise Batch Counting: The individually wrapped soup cubes are discharged into a counting hopper equipped with a photoelectric sensor. The system accurately counts the portions and releases a batch of exactly ten (10) pieces into the waiting bucket elevator.

4. Multi-Packaging & Coding: The bucket elevator gently transports and deposits each batch of ten into a vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine. The VFFS machine forms a larger bag around the batch, creates a secure seal, and simultaneously prints the production date and lot code directly onto the film for full traceability.
