System Workflow:

1. Manual Loading & Conveyance: Operators place individual pizzas onto the food-grade conveyor belt, initiating the automated packaging process.

2. Primary Pouch Packaging: Each pizza is automatically fed into a horizontal flow-wrapper, which encapsulates it in a protective film bag. The bag is sealed, ensuring product freshness and hygiene.

3. Tightening with Shrink-Wrapping: The bagged pizza then enters a heat tunnel. The applied heat shrinks the film tightly around the product, creating a sleek, professional appearance that enhances shelf appeal.

4. Automatic Cartoning & Sealing: The shrink-wrapped pizza is automatically collated and pushed into a pre-formed cardboard carton. The box is securely sealed using a hot-melt adhesive system, providing a strong, tamper-evident closure that withstands the rigors of the cold chain.
