Semi‑Automatic Heavy Bag Packaging System (25–50kg)

This semi‑automatic packaging system is designed for 25kg to 50kg granular materials, widely used in feed, grain, fertilizer, chemical and food industries. The line includes a bucket elevator, a dual‑head electronic weigher and a continuous bag sealer, providing a stable, economical and easy‑to‑operate solution.

Process Flow

Bucket Elevator
Vertically lifts granular materials to the weigher. Made of 304 stainless steel, it features large capacity, gentle conveying, low breakage, easy cleaning and low‑level material alarm.
2‑Head Electronic Weigher
Precisely weighs materials from 25kg to 50kg. It offers ±0.2% accuracy, 4–8 bags per minute, dust and corrosion resistance, and meets GMP standards.
Continuous Bag Sealer
Seals filled bags efficiently. Equipped with a Teflon sealing belt and air cooling system, it supports adjustable speed and stable PLC control for clean and durable sealing.
