2. System Workflow & Advantages

2.1 Automatic Bag Feeding

Adopts high-performance suction cup design, realizing automatic bag feeding without manual operation. It avoids bag damage and jamming, supports continuous production, and lays a solid foundation for the entire packaging process.

2.2 Bag Opening & Positioning

Dual negative pressure adsorption design fully opens the pouch mouth, preventing material spilling and ensuring smooth feeding. It cooperates with bottom support to avoid bag collapse and improve packaging neatness.

2.3 Precision Weighing & Filling

Equipped with 14-head multihead weigher, achieving ±0 error. It ensures accurate filling, avoids material waste, and maintains consistent packaging quality.

2.4 Sealing & Finishing

High-temperature heat sealing ensures airtight packaging, effectively preventing moisture and dust. The finished package is flat and neat, with no need for secondary finishing, improving production efficiency.
