This is our 8-station automatic premade pouch packaging machine, specially designed for packaging large-size pet Lefu balls.

At Station 1: Bag Feeding. It adopts high-performance suction cup automatic bag feeding, which saves labor completely. The bag supply is stable without jamming, no bag damage, and it is compatible with various pouch sizes for strong versatility.

The machine is equipped with upper and lower bag opening structure. With negative pressure adsorption, the pouch mouth is opened fully and accurately. The bottom supporting design keeps the whole pouch fully expanded, preventing collapse and wrinkling. It makes feeding smoother and avoids material spilling or jamming.

We faced a technical difficulty: large Lefu balls are easy to get stuck at the pouch opening. To solve this problem, we specially added an extra conveyor belt to ensure the Lefu balls can enter the pouch smoothly without blockage.

Since the Lefu balls are bulky, we also installed two vibrating feeders to effectively prevent materials from overflowing during filling.

At Station 6: Pouch Mouth Straightening. It automatically straightens and smooths the wrinkled pouch mouth, avoiding material trapping. It creates perfect conditions for sealing and greatly improves the finished package appearance.

At Station 7: Edge Sealing and Air Exhaust. It finishes sealing and air exhaust simultaneously. Excess air inside the bag is discharged thoroughly. The seal is flat, firm, airtight, moisture-proof and oxidation-resistant, which effectively prolongs the shelf life of pet snacks. The sealed edge is not easy to crack, ensuring safe transportation.

This packaging line features stable operation, high efficiency and labor saving. It delivers precise weighing and accurate quantity with zero error. All finished packages are flat, neat, firm and airtight. It is widely suitable for all kinds of spherical and granular pet snacks, an ideal automatic packaging solution for pet food manufacturers.
